We accept all major credit/debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash for storage services.
You must pay for a minimum of 4 weeks storage charges as you move in.
All our stores operate on 28 day billing cycle.
If you choose one of our pre-paid introductory deals you will need to pay in accordance with the terms of that specific promotion.
We guarantee that the price you have been quoted is for a minimum of 24 weeks, which may include an initial discount price.
If circumstances change and you need to move your goods to a larger or smaller sized unit, we will help you to do this.
Regarding the termination of your storage service, all we ask is that you provide your facility with 14 days’ notice. This notice period may be longer for larger spaces, and is therefore specified on your storage agreement.
Your goods are not automatically insured, but we do require that they are. We accept some policies that you have acquired yourself, providing they are substantial and meet our pre-approved standards. You can check this by contacting your chosen facility for a list of approved 3rd party Insurers.
To make the process more convenient for you, we aim to offer solutions to all your storage needs in one place. This includes offering our own direct, bespoke or flat rate insurances, which you can obtain when you acquire a quote.
Although we do not require you to provide us with detailed information when using our quick online quote and booking systems in advance of you moving your goods in, it is essential that you provide proof of address and photographic ID at some point during the process. This can easily be done through uploading them online ahead of your arrival, or on the day that you move in.

Our opening times are: Mon-Fri: 8am-8pm, Sat: 9am-5pm & Sun: 10am-4pm. Bank holiday opening hours may vary. If you do require entry outside of these times, it may be possible to arrange access out of hours. This will have to be confirmed with contact to your specific facility.
The list of what is accepted is endless, however, to be sure in the safety and security of the facility, there is a concise list of strictly prohibited items. These include: any illegal substances or illegally obtained goods, firearms, chemicals, compressed gas, combustibles and of course, no living creatures.
Please note that the police and customs can enter any area of SureStore’s managed storage facilities when notifying us first.

SureStore has sizes to cater to a wide variety of commercial and domestic purposes. Available in a variety of sizes to suit your requirements, our most popular spaces range from 10sqft up to 200sqft. We also have the space to fit your student goods in lockers right through to larger warehousing space up to 3000sqft. Our service-led approach to storage means that you purchase a secured space and associated services, rather than a specific unit. This enables you to benefit from space efficiency over a flexible time period.
There are no additional storage charges; however, your goods must be fully insured, and there is a one-off £10 access fee when you move-in.
Safe and secure storage is a priority to our set of dynamic and practical values. The brand-new facilities are equipped with market-leading security measures including alarm systems and 24/7 CCTV surveillance. Our staff will also be onsite as an added security measure.
Our storage spaces are individually alarmed and monitored by the same 24/7 surveillance. This means in the unlikely event somebody attempts to enter your space, our monitoring station will be contacted immediately and will investigate the matter straight away.
You can reserve a room for free, if you are moving in with 72 hours. Otherwise we just ask for a fully refundable £10 deposit to hold the space.
Our deposit policy is standard across the storage industry; the equivalent of 2 weeks rent is required for domestic space, which may increase for larger space, or those of a commercial nature.
